Valentine's Day is one of my absolute favorite holidays. Each year I bless my lifelong Valentine by fixing him a delicious meal and decorating in a special way. We've had such beautiful weather this winter; I was able to set up our table outside with the help of my son-in-law, Seth. The food I prepared using The Williams-Sonoma French cookbook. The menu consisted of: Coq Au Vin, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, and Roasted Asparagus with Hazelnut Oil Vinaigrette. For dessert we had French Napoleans while we enjoyed an El Divo concert on DVD - Live at the Greek Theater. It was an incredible evening with an incredible man! I love you, Tom!
