Please pray - last week I posted that my mom fell two times. Well, my brother was with her yesterday afternoon and decided that she needed to be checked at the hospital. I'm so grateful that he made this decision!

Apparently, she broke two ribs for sure and possibly another two. She is also quite low on her sodium levels, so the doctor admitted her to the hospital late last night. She has been in a lot of pain, but the medication they have prescribed for her has really helped. I haven't seen her yet today, but I'm hopeful that she was able to sleep soundly last night. Is that even possible in the hospital? I pray so!

Today is Cinco de Mayo! Have some salsa and chips and say a prayer for quick healing for my 86 year old mom. It's the week of Mother's Day; she has always faithfully served me. Now it's my turn to be there for her!
