It's September!

We just returned from Celebration South. It's four days where several churches we're related to in Southern Florida gather for rich teaching, biblical fellowship and powerful worship. It did not disappoint! There were 800 people from Sarasota, St. Petersburg, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Boynton Beach and Orlando. The topic was Freedom - based on Romans 6. If you have never read this wonderful chapter, may I encourage you to do so? It is packed full of wonderful truths that we should not only remember, but live by! We stayed at a hotel off site this year, so that Jason and Ashley and Seth and Tracy could stay with us - of course they brought Bristol and Norah with them. :-) It was fun hearing those sweet little voices every day, I must say.


Here's a precious picture of Bristol - notice the boo boo she has on her forehead. That was the first of three injuries she would experience while at Celebration. I have an adorable video of Norah that I hope I'll be able to post as well. It may be too big though. If so, I'll post a link to a You Tube video. It's too good to not share with you.

We are busy Hurricane watching as there are three significant storms heading our way in the next week: Hanna, Ike and now, Josephine. Please pray that these storms will dissipate before hitting land.
