Above are the pictures I promised to post of our recent trip to Vancouver, British Columbia. Our hosts Tony and Mary Walsh excelled in their hospitality to us. We had a marvelous time in fellowship with these precious friends, and we thoroughly enjoyed seeing all that God is doing in Canada. Did I mention that it was wet and cold? Brrrr! The last pictures are of the snowfall that greeted us the last morning before we left. It looks like nighttime, but it's really about 6 a.m. Snowfall was predicted overnight, so when I woke up I quickly looked out the window. I tried to go back to sleep, but who can sleep when snow is falling outside? Okay, probably lots of people would RATHER sleep when snow is falling outside...but I am from Florida! We have to seize opportunities to play in the snow no matter what time of the day or night it happens! (Surprise of the trip? Todd's ability to lead Crossway Community Church in a worship song sung in Russian! The woman standing next to his keyboard is Anya who is from Russia. She helped lead, as well.)
